The USPS Is Having Issues

We ship all orders through USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. All US orders are ostensibly supposed to arrive in 3 to 7 days, and all international orders in 7 to 21 days. The problem is that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is having issues this year, and those have been magnified around this holiday season. We've had a couple of recent domestic packages inexplicably take 15 days to arrive, and for most of that time, the tracking information was not updated. International orders are reportedly having even longer delays.

Once the package leaves us, we have no additional insight into or control over the tracking or delivery process. If your package is taking longer to arrive than it should, we apologize, and we ask that you be patient. If your package really does get lost, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
